GE downgraded to HOLD, Oracle upgraded to OVERWEIGHT and Michael Kors cut to NEUTRAL in Tuesday's Analysts' Actions. General Electric had its rating trimmed by analysts at Deutsche Bank who are concerned about the company's GE Capital division. Oracle shares got a big boost from analysts at Piper Jaffray who are both eager on the company as well as its cloud business. Finally, analysts at Credit Suisse hammered handbag maker Michael Kors, pointing to 65% of its merchandise being reduced at holiday shopping, and reducing the company's price target to $79 from a lofty $103.
