Former Texas Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison: Oil Pipelines Will Keep U.S. Safer, Create Jobs

Former Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R) says oil pipelines such as the Dakota Access Pipeline and the Keystone Pipeline, will bolster our national security and create jobs for the economy. "I am for the pipelines - both the North Dakota and the Keystone XL, which the Obama administration has killed in both instances," she said.
