Ford (F) is resuming production of its top selling F-150 series after a fire at one of its supplier's plants halted production of the truck.

The outage is expected to impact second quarter earnings per share, according to Joe Hinrichs, Ford's president of operations who spoke to TheStreet on Thursday.
