Ford is celebrating the official start of production of its 2015 F-150 at its new Kansas City Assembly Plant. After supply issues that lead to production delays of the new F-150 and high demand that caused F-150s to sit just 12 days on dealer lots in January, Joe Hinrichs, Ford's president of the Americas, explains how the new plant will be more efficient in getting more trucks to dealers faster. He reveals his outlook for the year and explains why the company is looking to the second half of 2015 to see a pick-up in sales of the F-150. Hinrichs also details how demand for the truck should be affected by an eventual rise in gas prices, how the company is performing overseas and the impact it's feeling by the strong U.S. dollar.
