On a brilliantly beautiful September morning fifteen years ago, Lower Manhattan was changed in an instant, as terrorists attacked the World Trade Center. In the years since then, the financial district has been reborn, with a vibrancy that perhaps no one could have dreamed of in the initial years following the attacks. 'The country is now showing its resilience,' said TheStreet's Jim Cramer.  'Resilience by allowing that area to come back and be vibrant, but still showing honor and respect.' Millions of people have paid their respects for the nearly 3,000 people who died by visiting the September 11 Memorial & Museum in the area that was known as Ground Zero. Now, it's a neighborhood that includes new skyscrapers, transportation hubs, restaurants and hotels.
