FERC Commissioner Philip Moeller tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux he personally thinks it's hypocritical for the United States not to export gas to nations from whom we import those commodities. Moeller admits that exports can affect the price, but adds that it is a great balance of trade. Moeller says U.S. allies in each basin are "basically begging us" for this gas, and the U.S. must consider the international security ramifications of its energy policy.
