The Federal Reserve and Bank of Japan on Wednesday release their latest policy-making statements, while China prints critical manufacturing data. OANDA senior currency strategist Alfonso Esparza tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux that he doesn't expect the Fed or BOJ to announce any major changes to monetary policy, but he does think investors should anticipate more weak manufacturing data from China.
