Fantasy Sports Giants DraftKings, FanDuel Lose First Round in Court

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is preparing to ask a Manhattan court as early as Tuesday to close down DraftKings Inc. and FanDuel Inc. in that state, a day after the two fantasy sports operators suffered a legal setback. Shutting down the two companies in New York would keep them out of one of the nation’s largest markets for the booming fantasy sports business. Home Depot (HD) beat earnings estimates. It's revenue was in line and same store sales were stronger than expected. Home Depot CEO says the company saw growth in all geography and product categories. Urban Outfitters (URBN) reported sales in the recent quarter that were disappointing. The retailer also says it will buy Vetri Family, a pizza and Italian restaurant business to possibly try to attract shoppers into its stores.
