Volatility has taken over the markets in recent weeks, largely on the heels of falling oil prices and concerns over a policy shift from the Federal Reserve that could come sooner than expected. Some investors wonder if the markets have reached a bottom, as we head into 2015. TheStreet's Scott Gamm speaks with Robert Dannhauser, head of capital markets policy at the CFA Institute to discuss overall sentiment among investors and the firm's new survey, which is forecasting a 4.8% rise in the S&P 500 through the end of 2015. So far this year, the index is up 6.8% despite volatility over the past several weeks.
