Facebook Makes a Big Bet on Video With 'Watch' Feature Today
Facebook Inc (FB) - Get Report is rolling out video feature 'Watch' to users over the next few weeks. The idea is original video content that is personalized to a user's interests as well as what their friends are watching. The Wisconsin Senate may not approve the Foxconn plant. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says the state senate does not yet have enough votes to sign off on the huge Chinese investment. Republican Scott Fitzgerald, majority leader in Wisconsin's State Senate said he needs more time to do his due diligence on the massive $3 billion incentive package proposed for Foxconn. Japan is weighing in on North Korea and its threatened strike against Guam. Japan's Defense Secretary said it would be legal for Japan to intercept a missile aimed at Guam. South Korea is also warning of a strong response if there is an attack.
