Orol took a closer look at the Facebook board and focused on its poor governance,  -- in particular the lack of separation of chairman and CEO with Zuckerberg in charge.  And Fontana hit on what analysts are saying about
Zuckerberg's (lack of) response and how the company's dual-class stock structure makes it hard for the board to hold Zuckerberg accountable.
