Snow added that a venture with a larger scale also attracts loyal employees because they see a cause rather than dollar signs. He said corporate America places too much emphasis on the number of years spent at a company as opposed to critical thinking. Moreover, he stated that older executives do not necessarily perform better in a crisis. Finally, Snow said Elon Musk remains an innovative thinker despite his increasing tenure at Tesla.
