Fisher Investments' Ken Fisher revealed a statistic Wednesday, June 21 that could prove valuable to investors looking to cash in during the second half of 2017.
"If you go back and look at inaugural years, the first quarter's results are an overwhelming bellwether," he said in a conversation with Jim Cramer.
Fisher said that in every inaugural year in the history of the S&P 500, a positive first quarter predicted a positive second half of the year.
"Sheesh, we're okay then," Cramer said.
