Most true New Yorkers are pretty familiar with Ron Darling -- the ex-MLB All-Star was part of the New York Mets' World Series winning team in the 80s, and now, Met fans can catch him calling ballgames on several different networks. Today, however, he is taking his pitch to the trading floor of Cantor Fitzgerald on Park Ave. for Cantor's Charity Day, which has raised $100 million over the last decade for numerous causes, including for victims and families of 9/11. While -- clearly -- his former team is nowhere near the post-season, Darling does have some World Series picks for TheStreet.
