German chancellor Angela Merkel and Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras give hope on Greek debt, and the European Central Bank extends a $5.7 billion loan to Greek banks. Eurozone economy shows better than expected growth in final quarter of 2014 and Germany does best of all. DAX breaks 11,000 barrier. Tech incubator Rocket Internet raises $636 million. Rolls-Royce warns oil price will affect its marine offshore clients.
