Bell added that the YouTube star is the ideal fit because he appeals to millennials, a group Emerson is trying to attract as customers and employees as it enters the digital age. She said Emerson recently struggled to find the right talent pool to fit some of its cutting-edge STEM jobs like engineers and scientists, and realized that the best way to improve the situation was to promote science and technology education.
