Embattled medical device company Theranos has introduced a new blood testing device, called miniLab, at a medical conference in Philadelphia. Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes described the technology as the beginning of the next phase of the company. But Theranos did not talk about accuracy issues from its  Edison blood testing machine.
