eBay, American Express: What to Watch on Wall Street Jan. 21

On Wednesday, January 21st we note three earnings reports to watch. UnitedHealth Group (UNH), American Express Co. (AXP), and eBay (EBAY) are set to post their quarterly financial results. eBay, the online auction site is expected to post a profit of 89 cents a share on revenue of $4.93 billion. Analysts are lowering their estimates as a response to the currency and economic chaos in Europe. Investors will also be waiting for more details into the spinoff of its online payment service, PayPal.
