Eastman Kodak's New CEO Jeff Clarke Launches the Next Era

Eastman Kodak announces Jeff Clarke as its new chief executive, effective immediately. Clarke, who previously sat as chairman of Orbtiz Worldwide, says in a statement he will spend time talking to employees customers and partners about how it should move the company ahead. Kodak relisted last September on the New York Stock Exchange as a business to business printing company. Clarke, who worked more than 10 years in Silicon Valley, succeeds former CEO Antonio Perez.
