Mother nature isn't giving anyone a break on one of the busiest travel days of the year, the day before Thanksgiving, as a storm slams the east coast, bringing headaches for travelers. Winter storm warnings in the Northeast now impact 20 million people, as forecasters expect several inches of snow in some areas and even as much as a foot of snow in upstate New York and parts of Massachusetts. Temperatures are expected to drop Wednesday night causing additional snowfall. As for Thanksgiving Day, most of the Northeast is expected to be spared, as temperatures increase, making road conditions safer. AAA says some 46 million people will travel over 50 miles for Thanksgiving. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from New York.
