Earnings, Amazon.com: What to Watch on Wall Street November 11th

Tuesday, November 11th is Veterans Day. Major U.S. markets will be open and stocks will be trading, but the bond market will be closed for the holiday. We take a look at a couple notable earnings for the day. The largest U.S. home builder, D.R. Horton (DHI) is set to report its fiscal fourth quarter results before the opening bell. The company has been hit this year as rising mortgage rates and increasing home prices hurt consumer demand. And, watch-maker Fossil Group (FOSL) is reporting its quarterly results after the market closes. Also, Amazon.com (AMZN) is scheduled to host its third annual cloud computing conference, as its Web Services division faces increasing competition from Google (GOOGL), Microsoft (MSFT) and other tech giants.
