Today, the Federal Reserve may throw a wrench in that as it is expected to raise interest rates for only the second time in a decade. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen will also make comments about the economy. The decision is expected at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. President-elect Donald Trump is meeting with tech leaders today and jobs are on the agenda. In particular HB-1 visas for foreign workers will be a point of discussion.
