Net gambling losses are one of the most overlooked deductions and should not be forgotten in your tax return, says Greg Rosica, Ernst & Young tax partner and author of the "EY Tax Guide 2014". Accounting fees for tax preparation services and professional journal subscriptions are two other highly forgotten deductions, says Rosica. Finally, Rosica says remember to check your math, keep hard copies of your return and write your social security number on each page.
