Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton Inch Closer to Nominations
Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton lead the delegate count for the 2016 presidential race. Arizona, Utah and Idaho held primaries on Tuesday night. Trump won Arizona and scored all 58 of the state's delegates along with one delegate from American Samoa. That brings his total to 739. Texas Senator Ted Cruz won Utah, awarding him 40 delegates. Ohio Governor John Kasich scored no delegates on Tuesday. 1,237 delegates are needed to clinch the GOP nomination. On the Democratic side, Clinton scored big in Arizona, but lost to Bernie Sanders in Utah and Idaho. She scored 51 delegates on Tuesday, while Sanders won 57. Her total stands at 1,681, compared to the 927 delegates Sanders has. 2,383 delegates is the magic number to win the Democratic nomination. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
