Donald Trump and the Dealmaking Outlook for 2017

Corporate dealmakers expect a major M&A rebound in 2017 after a less-than-eventful 2016. And that's not necessarily due to the election of Donald Trump. According to Russell Thomson, managing partner of Deloitte's U.S. mergers and acquisitions services practice, it remains to be seen how the incoming "Dealmaker in Chief" will affect the M&A outlook.
