Disney (DIS) - Get Report CEO Bob Iger told employees that hackers have one of its summer blockbuster movies and are threatening to release it early. The Hollywood Reporter says the hackers want a huge sum of money and for it to be paid through bitcoin so it can't be traced. Iger didn't say which movie it was but Deadline reports it is the new 'Pirates of the Caribbean' film. So far, Disney isn't paying up and is working with authorities. Home Depot's (HD) - Get Report sales and earnings topped Wall Street expectations. It also said same store sales jumped 6%. The additional shoppers also spent more money at the stores with the average ticket price up nearly 3%. Ford (F) - Get Report may be cutting thousands of jobs. The Wall Street Journal says Ford could cut up to 10% of its global work force, a total of 20,000 jobs. The company didn't confirm the report.
