Scott Cleland, president of the consultancy Precursor LLC, says acquiring Whole Foods Market (WFM) could raise antitrust concerns and points to Amazon.com's (AMZN) - Get Report Marketplace. Amazon MarketPlace sells online retailers products wholesale so they can then sell to consumers at a markup. The Marketplace includes 15 of Amazon's top 20 grocery competitors.
