Dicker/Link: Not Yet Time to Bottom Fish on Materials Stocks

Dan Dicker, commodity expert at TheStreet.com, talks with Stephanie Link, co-portfolio director with Action Alerts about the value opportunity in materials stocks. These stocks have been hurt by the recent drop in oil and copper prices even though many of them have announced enormous capital expenditure budgets for 2015. Stephanie believes that her subscribers are being premature in trying to bottom fish these commodity dependent issues. Dicker also believes that the drop in materials stocks is only beginning as rig counts in oil have yet to come down significantly and high-yield bond prices in many of these companies are only beginning to fall. He believes there is much further for these stocks to drop, and recommends a cautious hand.
