Dan Dicker, senior contributor at TheStreet, talks with Jim Cramer about the surprising relatively low prices for oil, now under $100 a barrel. Dicker did not believe that we would see prices this low, but still believes that oil is only under $100 a barrel for a very short time. All the geopolitical risks in the Middle East and in Ukraine continue to put future production very much in doubt and will inevitably lead to higher oil prices in the near future. Dicker says that means that there are opportunities to be had in the shares of US Exploration and Production oil companies.
