Shares of Delta Air Lines took off on Wednesday after the World Health Organization announced Ebola cases are declining, making it TheStreet's Move of the Day. The United Nations’ World Health Organization said the number of new Ebola cases in the hardest hit areas are lower, and added the trend is now 'relatively flat' at about 1,000 new cases a week. The WHO reported 8,914 suspected or confirmed Ebola cases and 4,447 resultant deaths. Along with other U.S. airline stocks, Delta shares have been suffering as Ebola spread from West Africa to parts of the U.S. and Europe. So far, the Centers for Disease Control has denied requests from legislators to institute a travel ban.
