TheStreet's Energy Expert Dan Dicker speaks with Jim Cramer about the domestic crude export ban and why it will be the energy story to watch in 2014. Dicker says there is no real legitimate argument for keeping the ban in place other than possible environmental concerns. If the ban is lifted, Dicker says refiners could get hurt. Valero has already voiced some concerns. But, Dicker says shale plays as well as exploration and production firms could see an increase to the frenzy in that segment of the oil sector.
