Conservative sales estimates are spooking some brick and mortar retailers coming out of the Black Friday weekend -- some companies are facing the prospect of losing out on sales thanks to more consumers turning to their smartphone rather than their local mall for shopping. That could be acutely felt at Best Buy, which was hit this weekend by reports of difficulties at its website. Reports saw increases on Thanksgiving day, as well as $22.7 billion spent on online shopping.
