The big retail trend for the 2014 holiday shopping season is consumers shopping from mobile devices, said Eric Eichmann, President and COO of Criteo. Eichmann added that Criteo takes consumer details across devices and turns it into personalized ads that ultimately lift a retailer's online sales. He said Criteo also adapts an advertising campaign across screen sizes so the retailer can offer a seamless experience both on mobile and desktop. Finally, Eichmann said programmatic ad buying will become the norm in the coming year, as well as a seamless experience across all devices.
