The Nasdaq is once again the laggard in intraday trading on Thursday, March 18.
This comes after Dow and S&P 500 closed at record highs Wednesday after the Federal Reserve said it expects to keep interest rates near zero through 2023 and upgraded its outlook for economic growth. The Dow closed above 33,000 for the first time.
