Cramer: Stay Close to What Honeywell and Halliburton Say Next Week
Amid of slew of big earnings reports coming up next week, Jim Cramer breaks down which companies investors need to tune into. Cramer says the bifurcation of this earnings period lies between companies that are able to post consistent numbers and those that are disappointing. He says no companies of any magnitude have been able to raise numbers. That could change, however, with Honeywell. Cramer says if anyone's going to raise numbers, it's going to be Honeywell chief executive Dave Cote -- so that's an important one for investors to listen to next week. Cramer also says it will be important to tune into Halliburton's earnings report. He stresses it will be key to hear whether Halliburton's comments are more negative due to its heavy presence in North America.
