Cramer: Pick Up Andre Williams, Marion Grice for Fantasy Playoffs

Jim Cramer advises fantasy football owners on how to align their teams for week 14 of the NFL season and the start of the fantasy playoffs. Cramer says this week is all about picking up players since so many are out due to injuries. With Arizona Cardinals running back Andre Ellington out due to a hip-pointer injury, Cramer recommends picking up New York Giants running back Andre Williams and Arizona Cardinals running back Marion Grice. Both of those players are on waiver wire and stand to give fantasy owners very big points this season, he says. Cramer also dismisses buzz that fantasy owners should consider picking up Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel. He says if you don't have quarterbacks like Peyton Manning, Andrew Luck, Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady, you're not going to have much luck during the playoffs.
