Cramer: Lululemon Should Evaluate Its Board

Lululemon's (LULU) - Get Report founder Chip Wilson may have a point when it comes to the athletic apparel-seller's board of directors, says TheStreet's Jim Cramer. Wilson criticized the company's board of directors last week in a conversation with Cramer, who in turn questioned Wilson's motivation considering the company's performance has significantly improved so far this year.  After doing some digging, Cramer said Lululemon may indeed have a weak link on its board that needs to be replaced or at least deserves some attention.
