Viacom (VIA) - Get Report is a privately controlled company that the market believes is being 'run by no one' right now, says Jim Cramer. Viacom said early Friday it expects fiscal third-quarter adjusted earnings of $1 to $1.05 a share, even as analysts were forecasting $1.38 a share. Viacom said its weak third quarter is tied to the 'disappointing' performance of the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Cramer said Hollywood insiders have less confidence in Viacom's upcoming movies than the company itself.

At the time of publication, Jim Cramer's charitable trust Action Alerts PLUS held no positions in stocks mentioned.
