TheStreet's founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thought the Goldman Sachs (GS) downgrade of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) was questionable. Johnson & Johnson had a very good acquisition and Cramer doesn't advice people to sell and then get back in at $127.
