Dan Dicker, Energy contributor at TheStreet, talks with Jim Cramer about the many differing opinions coming from the bank oil analysts on crude oil's next move. Almost all agree on oil's long stay under $60 a barrel, but disagree on where oil prices will finally bottom, the shape of the recovery and when it will come. Dicker believes also that crude will be depressed for several quarters to come, but also believes that the recent rally has put some boundaries on the likely trading range, between the low $40's and $60 a barrel.
