Despite multiple studies of marijuana, Congressman Steve Cohen of Tennessee has suggested another one. He believes a newer study will allow reluctant legislators to get behind decriminalization of marijuana. Cohen would like the DEA to focus more on hard drugs like heroin, meth and cocaine. If marijuana was removed from the list of schedule one controlled substances, there would be more time and money to target hard drugs.
