It's no big secret that Americans, especially millennials, are "cutting the cord" and moving away from traditional TV in favor of online streaming services. And with so many options available, it's not hard to see why:

Hulu

Hulu's $40 "skinny bundle" includes over 50 live TV channels as well as traditional Hulu offerings.

Netflix

Netflix (NFLX) - Get Report  is now in over 50% of American homes. That is currently a wider adoption than the DVR. In 2011 Netflix was only in 28% of homes.

Amazon Prime

 Like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video

(AMZN) - Get Report

has been investing in original content in addition to curating popular shows and movies.

Youtube TV

YouTube TV

(GOOGL) - Get Report

will include all of your broadcast and local news stations. It also comes with a virtual DVR with unlimited storage.

SlingTV

SlingTV's service has a virtual DVR with 100 hours included. SlingTV also includes some broadcast channels.

DirecTV Now

AT&T's DirecTV (T) - Get Report  offers more than 100 channels Unlimited Wireless subscribers can enjoy the service for $10.
