Communication a Strong Remedy for Distrust Between CEOs and Boards

'Shareholders do not have sufficient trust that directors are working hard to do the right thing for their companies and for their shareholders, and I think that communication can be the bridge to rebuild that trust,' Joe Frumkin, partner at Sullivan & Cromwell, said in an interview with The Deal, a sister publication of TheStreet.
