A rally that pushed the Dow Jones Industrial Average to 12 straight sessions of records has flamed out on Tuesday. The blue-chip index has seen less enthusiastic gains in recent days as investors grew impatient for policy details from the White House. Video game retailer GameStop (GME) - Get Report slumped after Microsoft's Xbox announced a subscription service, not unlike Netflix, for games. Game Pass, out in the spring, could put a dent in GameStop's sales. Signet Jewelers (SIG) - Get Report sank following accusations of sexual harassment. A number of employees allege execs fostered a culture of harassment, though Signet has called the reports "distorted and inaccurate."  Domino's Pizza (DPZ) - Get Report reported a jump in domestic sales and better-than-expected earnings over its recent quarter. Same-store sales in the U.S. increased by nearly 14%, higher than expected 10% growth.
