Stocks extended gains after the Federal Reserve opted to leave interest rates at crises levels for another month. Analysts had predicted a one-in-five chance the Fed would make a move at this meeting. Fed Chair Janet Yellen elaborated on the decision in a press conference, noting that the case for an increase had strengthened but caution prevailed. Yellen said that if the economy continues to improve as forecast, gradual increases will be appropriate.  KB Home (KBH) - Get Report ended higher after beating profit estimates in its third quarter. The homebuilder posted a more than 8% sales increase, benefiting from strong housing demand. Netflix (NFLX) - Get Report fell after M Science raised concerns over subscriber churn. The data analytics firm expects the streaming service to miss domestic subscriber growth estimates when it reports in mid-October.
