Wall Street had little reason to extend a mid-week rally through to Friday's session as crude oil tumbled ahead of a weekend meeting between key oil-producing countries. Crude fell more than two percent. General Motors (GM) - Get Report announced a recall covering just over one million pick-up trucks for issues with their seatbelts. The Detroit automaker said the cost associated with the recall is not expected to be significant. Apple (AAPL) - Get Report shares took a dive on reports iPhone demand remains sluggish. The tech giant has reportedly continued to reduce production of its smartphone in the current quarter after cutting output by 30 percent in the first three months of the year. Shares of Micron Technology (MU) - Get Report climbed after Raymond James upgraded shares to STRONG BUY from OUTPERFORM. TheStreet's Keris Lahiff reports from Wall Street.
