From appealing to Amazon's appetite to offering to rename acres of land, officials have been trying some pretty crazy ideas in an attempt to win over the e-commerce giant.
Becoming the host city to Amazon's second headquarters presents huge economic opportunity for any municipality. The headquarters has the potential for 50,000 well-paying jobs and a $5 billion investment, which certainly won't prompt any complaints from legislators come tax time.
