Chrysler’s U.S. auto sales rose 20% in November due to solid showings by its Jeep and Ram brands. The automaker said this week that Jeep SUV sales jumped 27%, Ram pickup truck sales were up 21% and Chrysler 200 sedan sales soared 155% to 14,317. Meanwhile, Cypress Semiconductor is buying flash memory product maker Spansion in a $1.6 billion all-stock deal. Cypress President and CEO T.J. Rodgers will head the combined company, which is expected to have $2 billion in annual sales. Finally, consumers clicked away on Cyber Monday. IBM said online sales grew 8.5% compared to 2013, with mobile sales up 27.6% year-over-year. From Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday, overall online sales increased 12.6%, with mobile sales up 27.2% compared to last year.
