Chrysler is recalling more than 21,000 full-size commercial vans in the U.S. and Canada to fix a problem with the headrests, which are defective. Chrysler says headrests in the 2014 Ram ProMaster van can exceed the maximum allowable gap between a person's head and the head restraint, and in a crash, the person's head can fall too far back. This can lead to severe whiplash in a head-on or rear-end collision. However, Chrysler says it doesn't know of any injuries resulting from the problem, so the company is taking a pre-active approach to the situation.
