According to Capital One's quarterly nationwide survey, 67% of small business owners are optimistic about the economic outlook, particularly for their local economies, over the coming year.
Confidence in local economies is surpassing that of the national economy, says Keri Gohman, Head of Small Business Banking for Capital One. According to Capital One's quarterly nationwide survey, 67% of small business owners are optimistic about the economic outlook, particularly for their local economies, over the coming year. Women are especially positive with 57% of female business owners expecting improved financial performance in the coming 6 months. Gohman says small businesses are adopting mobile technology at a rapid pace, nevertheless, they say that SBA loans are too "complex and confusing".
